Who is responsible for your information

YPAYMORE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202637829Z) is responsible for personal data handled through ypaymore. Our registered office is 60 Paya Lebar Road, Singapore 409051.

Information we may collect

Depending on the step you take, this may include your name and contact details, approved Singpass/Myinfo data that you consent to share, the details of your existing licensed-lender loan, an MLCB report or loan contract, application and review status, any lender-confirmed option, appointment information, support messages and technical security logs.

How we receive it

We may receive information directly from you, through Singpass/Myinfo after you review and consent to the approved fields, from documents you submit through the secure journey, and from licensed lenders or service providers involved in the option you ask us to check.

Why we use it

We use personal data to verify identity, understand the loan you already have, review the information submitted, ask licensed lenders we work with whether another option may be available, present any confirmed terms, arrange the next step, answer support or privacy requests, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain audit records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Who we may share it with

We may share only the information reasonably needed with licensed lenders asked to consider an option, Singpass/Myinfo and approved identity-service providers, hosting and security providers, document-processing providers, appointment or customer-support providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Uploaded loan documents

Send an MLCB report, loan contract or identity document only through the secure path shown in the ypaymore journey. Do not send sensitive documents through social media, ordinary email or WhatsApp.

How long we keep information

We retain case records and documents submitted for a case for 5 years from the date the case is closed. We may delete information earlier when it is no longer needed, or keep specific information longer where required by law, a dispute, fraud investigation or legal hold. At the end of the applicable period, information is deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of.

Security and access

We use access controls, environment separation, encryption where appropriate, audit records and vendor controls designed to protect personal data. No internet service is completely secure, so please use only the official ypaymore journey and report anything suspicious.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct personal data, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or raise a concern about how information is handled. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal and may prevent us from continuing the service you requested.

Cookies and tracking

The website uses essential security and session technologies needed to operate and protect the service. It does not currently load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies. Before non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are enabled, ypaymore will identify the providers and purposes, add appropriate consent controls, and update this notice. Browser settings alone are not treated as conclusive consent for non-essential tracking.

Overseas processing

Some approved service providers may process information outside Singapore. Where this occurs, ypaymore will require contractual or other safeguards designed to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

Marketing communications

ypaymore will send marketing communications only where permitted and with the required consent. You may withdraw marketing consent using the method shown in the communication or by contacting us. Service messages about an application or existing case are handled separately from marketing.
