About these terms

These terms apply when you use the ypaymore website or ask ypaymore to review an existing personal loan from a licensed lender. ypaymore is operated by YPAYMORE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202637829Z).

What ypaymore does

ypaymore reviews the loan you already have and may ask licensed lenders it works with whether another option is available. ypaymore is not a lender, does not approve or issue loans and does not automatically switch or change your existing loan.

No guaranteed result

A target rate 1% lower is not guaranteed. Any option depends on the licensed lender’s approval, eligibility requirements, validity, fees, conditions and final terms. We may find no suitable option.

Your decision

You do not have to accept an option. Review the rate, repayment, fees, remaining term, conditions and overall cost before deciding. Your current loan stays unchanged unless you choose to proceed through the lender’s required process.

Your information

You must provide information that is accurate and current to the best of your knowledge. Use only the secure journey for requested documents. Do not provide another person’s information without authority.

Calculator

The calculator is a simple comparison based on the values entered and a target rate 1% lower. It is not an offer, approval, quotation or financial advice. Actual lender calculations and terms may differ.

Singpass, Myinfo and external services

Singpass, Myinfo, MLCB, licensed lenders and other third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. ypaymore does not control their systems and does not imply government or lender endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with security controls, submit unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, or use ypaymore for fraud.

Website availability

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security, provider changes or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
